The Intentions of Legality from Sheikh Muhammad Javad Moghniyehʹs Viewpoint

One of the key discussions of the present time is legality intention or religion goals. "Intentions Jurisprudence" or "Jurisprudence Intentions" are titles that we can not ignore or consider less important. One of the purposes of this article is to prove the importance of the discussion legality intentions. Sheikh Muhammad Javad Moghniyeh is among the very few jurists who has considered attention to the intentions. In this article his jurisprudence works have been investigated and in addition to discussing the evidence we have analyzed them.
