Ijtihad and Taqlid

The different movements have arisen in Islamic culture. In Sheik Toosiʹs book under the title of "Eddatel Osoul" claimed the case. A millennium ago such assertion was very popular among moslims scholars. As new religious interpretations were welcomed among Moslems ages ago. The heavenly actions of the Prophet were related to the revelation and the earthly manners were ascribed to his mortal being. In modern era, we face some new problems. Does Islam provide any solution to these matters? If yes how? According to Mohammad traditions, he himself did a got of actions, at that time so we conclude that he made a lot of decisions were all these deeds heavenly verified or Not? Sheik Toos discussed these points in his Ijtihad. He also expressed different viewpoints. Sheik however rejected Prophetʹs earthly deeds and believed in being heavenly.
