The Concept of Id-deh and its Precepts

According to Islamic regulations there are special precepts in social and private life of females in their menstruation. As known, periodic... belongs to her nature. Due to their menstruation, she is obliged to wait 3 months, which is called Id-deh of divorce. In the case of her spouse death she has to avoid remarrying for 4 Months and 10 days. The philosophy of Id-deh is a sort of Islamic purification of mother and child. In these special period she has to be given some advantages like alimony and the other marital rights. Owing to above mentioned explanations Id-deh is a kind of specific precept that civil rights consider it. However taking precepts into consideration, we may reach a realistic conclusion point realistically.
