چكيده لاتين :
Study of Waqf (endowment) and Waqefs (endowment creators) and their position in religious ideas and Fagihs point of view shows its importance.
This paper seeks to focus on the Waqf in encyclopedias and study of Imam Khomeini literary works, specially "Tahrir-al-vasile" and "Sahife- ye-Imam" and considered Waqf in Imam Khomeini point of view.
Regarding to sentences issued by Imam, especially after Islamic Re¬public of Iran, and according to book of Al-Waqf Tahrir-Al-Vasile, Waqf in Imam thoughts is studied.
