چكيده لاتين :
The author believes that definitions of nature of objects are ancient and are obtained from Greek logic and Aristotelian philosophy. So, he men¬tions two other new methods to explain the nature of Waqf: legal and his¬torical.
The author has been emphasized that Waqf has structure and legal char¬acteristics. So, weakness and failure of religious book in subject of Waqf is related to lacking macro-oriented look about Waqf. In legal method, he described some subjects such as situations of delivering of temporary and obligatory sentence in Waqf, exact terms of Moqofeh (endowment) and dedicate of money. In historical method, the role of Waqf in history has been explained, briefly. At the end, Waqf structure and the importance of legal characteristics are presented.
