چكيده لاتين :
This is a report about festival which be held on 3 Agu. 2010 (1389) by Tehran municipality and participation of researchers in the field of waqf( endowment) to discuss the fields of using waqf( endowment) in civil ser¬vices. At first, the reporter has been explained some of festival deficien¬cies, but he has believed that comparing its strength, these deficiencies are negligible. In this festival, some of owqaf officials gave lecture and some of researchers delivered their papers. The topics of papers were various. One of them was about waqf problems during Islam history and the eliteʹs strategies to eliminate of problems, especially jurists. According this paper, the most important strategies has been eternizing of waqf( endowment).
In this festival, three subjects have been presented as elements of solv¬ing waqf problems: initiating of society with dimensions and benefits of waqf, teaching of managers and removing of barriers and encourage of people participation.
