چكيده فارسي :
Anew method consistʹs of hydrodistillation (HD) and dynamic headspace liquid phaseniicroextraction techniques coupled with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (HDDHLPME-GCMS) is described for extraction and analysis of the volatile constituents of theplant Artemisia haussknechtii boiss. In the present work, the main parameters of HD-DHLPMEsuch as type of extracting sol vent, sampling volume, solvent volume, syringe withdrawalrate, and number of extraction cycles were optimized. Totally fifty-six compounds wereextracted and identified by this method. The main constituents of the essential oil were:camphor (40 .83%), 1,8-cineole (26.84%), cis-davanone (4.77 %), linalool (4.44 %), 4-terpineol(3.62%), B-fenchyl alcohol (3 .52%), and borneol (2.87%).
