چكيده فارسي :
The purpose of the present article is the extraction of colchicine from Hedysarum. .. Damghanicum herbal seeds by a so lvent extraction method. This drug is used in specialtreatment for Gout disease . By virtue of Iran ʹs Organization for Importing Drugs, this drug isimported directly to the country. There are three methods for the extraction of this effectivematerial using solvents such as Ethanol, Chloroform, Diethyl ethe r, Petroleum ether. Afterextraction, purification, taking TLC with TA systemʹ and according to reference, theextraction of this material was confirmed. More over, most extraction was achi eved byEthanol Solvent and Soxhelt system
