The mechanism of the spreading and expansion of Islam in Eastern Asia and the Indian subcontinent has been differed with other Islamic regions, In this region, merchants, tradesmen, clergymen, scientists and Sufis have invited the regional natives to Islamic religion through interaction, intellection, cultural exchange, laxity and fellowship. Among them, Muslim clergymen and scientists, as an effective force have addressed to rational explanations of religious thoughts and believes through interaction and association with Indian scientists and embedded believes in the depth of minds and thoughts. In fact, Muslims and scientists approach in this territory was scientific, rational or mystic and clergymen and scientists have shouldered the main burden of spreading vocation and the expansion of Islam. This paper has been tries to demonstrate briefly; the effort and activity of Muslims to explain and describe religious believes and ideas rationally and scientifically.
