On the contrary, they are some evidences, in the prophetic tradition, denote unwillingness to organization a criminal system and to make use it for expand the political power, In this tradition, the criminal interference is minimal, exceptional and taken from custom and public interests, and itʹs enforcement has some humanistic elements and fair standards. By deliberation on these elements and standards may be obtain a new solution to execute criminal aspect of sharia in the contemporary world.
