The know how of a legal entity will have the most effects on the consequences and the rules of that entity. Ship charter contract, which has been considered by trades men since a long time ago, and today is very important because of sea transportation development, is one of these entities.
One of the main challenges that doctrine and judicial organs may concern is related to the responsibilities of the ship charterer and lesee which originates from their disaccord in relation to the entity.
There are three viewpoints on the nature of the entity: Some groups may take it as the transportation contract, and some other consider it as an unspecified contract, whereas, some may look into charter.
