The Effect of Play on the Self-Esteem of Blind Students (6 -11 years old) in Isfahan Ababasir School

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of playing on the blind studentsʹ (6 -11 years old) self-esteem in Isfahan Ababasir school. For this purpose, by using a semi experimental study, 36 Available Samples were selected from all the blind male students (6 -11 years old) in Isfahan Ababasir school and then they were divided based on Simple Selection Method in two experimental and control group (18 students for experimental and 18 for the control group). The research instruments include Cooper Smith Self-esteem questionnaire of (58 question) and recording device for recording the presented information that the reliability and validity of the questionnaire are exposed to confirmation.Hypothesis concerning a significant increasment in the blind students self-esteem due to playing which suggested in present study. The results of Cronbach analysis after the controling the grades of pre-test and the age of testators showed that self-esteem was mainly increased in the male blind studentsʹ (6 -11 years old) of Ababasir school, (P< 0.05).
