The role of human factors in diplomacy

The most important achivement of diplomacy as peaceful formulation and implementation of foreign policy to gain national in interests and its first proirty, country existance national security and independance. Operational field of this achievement is interenational scene and in this great field, diplomats follow political goals via human relationship with their counterparts, human relationship is not simple and extensive and it contains variables and elements that in their intraction, information and intentions, and finally messages "how they are" and or "damaged and grable" will be transformed. Autopsy of "human relationship process" shows that the process, contains a spectrum of motivation, knowledge, insight, cultural background and individual and social experience; and they affect the contex and structure of communication. Making pattern to clarify this process is normal and along with relationship studies; it moves toward symbolism. ABSTRAVCTION
