Necessity of satellite aviation (CNSIATM) national plan from armed forces point of view

Implementing satellite ssystems instead of exisiing aviation systems, with national plan formulation and confirmation of technical committees surry, by ICAO in 1994; has made regional planing groups to prepare regional plan and countries to formulate national plan. Armed forces to exploit operational advantages of new technology will be faced by some challenges. therefore in this article the configuration and technical afairs of new satellite aviation phenomenon and its side problems, for instance implementation of this new technology and keeping security of country airspace, to gain national security, was reviewed and studied in armed forces. the resultes of research show that for implementing new satellite system and countries airspase security in the satellite aviation national plan, armed forces must use exisiting uptomized communications systems (RCAG) in domestic flight and satellite communications in foreign flights.
