Petroleum agreements j and The question of national security j;

The question of transactions which are agreed between petroleum and gas industries upper section and with national security, viewed through soar historical experience of foreigners domination of our petroleum industry in the past century, and also from the point of view of vast changes in the international relations, which consequently have caused changes in of international relations principles, political economy and the concept of national security is considered significant. Thus we are facing important questions suchas; what national security is and should we consider this phenomenon in the present century atall, and does foreign agreements in petroleum and gas endanger national security or not ? does, the frame work of transactions endanger the sovereignty right of the state on national resources? and on the whole to what extend could the presence of foreigners be justifying or risky for us? The article is trying to deal with the relation betwen such agree ments and the question of ownership and oil and gas fields management, supply control, safe guarding of production and foreign exchange commitment in agreements and mainly those of economic and legal sides of agreements, while keeping a glance ( 8 ABSTRA VCTION \ J on national security. The relation between economy and national security dimensions, also to be regarded. The article concentrates mainly on two axes of national security and relevent reliable definitions in the present century with those legal subjects seen fore in agreements which could guarant or the guarding safe of countryʹs national interests and security. Deferent strategies come out of various definitions of national interest and national security, th arguement concentrates on necessity of approving or disapproving foreign contracts; then on the method and frame work of agreements. Thatʹs because in a production process of oit and gas fields the agreements framework could weaken or strenghten the national interest and national security. Considering such a necessity, the main endeavour in the article is based on clarification of interaction between transaction agreementsʹand national security
