چكيده لاتين :
Despite the fact that learning forms the basis of the generation, preservation, and distribution of knowledge, guiding knowledge and learning would only materialize within the framework of educational strategies.
This article analyzes cultural, regular and functional learnings in the cultural tasks and group values dimension and strategic in interaction with expanded quality knowledge management in Iranian National Drilling Company.
Therefore, 71 individuals on different managerial levels in the company were evaluated in interaction with expanded quality management knowledge program. The research has three adaptive hypotheses which reviews and examines the effectiveness of learnings upon expanded quality management knowledge stabilization. The theorical part of the article started by reviewing the interaction of learning and knowledge, then learning and breeding core capabilities, education and learning organization, learning process and types of learning is continued. After offering the data and analyzing examined behaviour and clarifying hypotheses examine results, educational strategies for disseminating the expanded quality knowledge management is given.
