B) Better utilization from specialist human force. C) Level promote and development of technology. D) Enhancing of power in deffence section and codification of information. Not only is possible but it is necessary to notice it as soon as possible. the result is that the better strategy is providing the armed forces necessities, with location founction compatibility and cooperation between different section of industrial in the country.
