Designing and expressing a suitable pattern to empower human resources of the Joint Staff of the Army of the I.R.I.

The article is in search of influencial factors for empowering human resources of J.S. and designing and experessing a suitable model in this subject so that application of which causes a steady progress in organization and human resources function of the Joint Staff. The relation between empowering as a depended variable to varriables like manegment methods and leadership, organizational binding, personnels experience and knowledge and decenteralization of decigion making in the organization is tested by the use of statistical methods, and no evidence was noted to counter the hypotheses.
