One of the basic mission for any Manager in any organization is decision making. Each manager usually faces a condition that inevitably should make decision. Decision Making is basic task of management and other pillars of management process depend on it. Some of the management pioneers like Saimom considers decision making synonym of management.One of the places that decision making in it has determined and key role is war scene. By reviewing the defense process of our country in the first year of imposed war, we witness a type of deadlock and sedentary situation in fronts in terms of liberating occupied regions.At this period, even some suggestions made for ceasefire and delegating part of occupied territories to enemy instead of taking time.After that, with carrying out gradual changes in the process of decision making and shaping defense software based on revolutionary thinkings, the deadlock process of war changed and developed. In later steps and with preparation the ground for further presence and advent of such thinkings and with implementation of mass changes in the process of decision makings, from the beginning of second year of imposed war we witnessed the liberation of occupied territories in relatively short time.By designing four great operations in second year of war, the most occupied areas were liberated. At current paper, by using interviews to senior commanders of sacred defense era, and by using the data-based methodology, the decision making model of commanders is discussed.At said model, we achieve to 42 main concepts and these concepts are classified in 11 more abstract subjects in which some of the most important subjects of this model include: Personal characteristics and thinking foundations of decision makers, initial planning and macro viewing in decisions, space and method of implementation the decisions, preparing the conditions and features of subordinate forces.
