Future Wars and Training Necessities of Unequal : - ...-.;;.,;:•• ■ Maritime War

Explaining the elements of future wars for formulating the necessities of defense preparation and as a result, promotion the educational and training capacities rooted from such necessities for armed forces, enjoy great importance. Introducing proper model of training necessities based on analysis the process of past wars and case study of occupation of Iraq with the aim at explaining key elements of future wars is the main aim of current research. According to studies, eleven key elements which will have great applications in future wars (speed in action, creativity, information, communication, technology, knowledge management, spirituality, Asymmetry, Command and Control, Maneuver and Fire, Psychological warfare) have been extracted (by using questionnairs and operational experts). And, the impacts of such elements on organization elements (Aims, Doctrine, Strategies and ...) by using statistical tests, have been analysed and measured. The extracted statistical results indicate that there are lot of and meaningful differences in answers and respondents have confirmed the relationships between raised variables in the questions. Finally, based on conclusions, training necessities based on defense preparation with unequal approach in training have been presented.
