چكيده لاتين :
Managers with more managerial capabilities, would achieve more goals with quantitative and qualitative standards. This study is an attempt to draw a proper model of mobilized operational managers. It draws on the Gluek, Kurt lewin, and Schroder patterns, dependable patterns, and a review of the traits and characteristics of mobilized managers. The principles and basics of a scientific model for the development of managers would be shaped in relation to their ability skill, motivation and characteristics. A study of managersʹ knowledge, insight and behavior selections and representaion of corrective patterns are the main objectives of this study whose data was collected by using various questionnaires (Kattell questionnaire, motivation evaluation, attitude evaluation, elite questionnaire and activity graphic card) and analyze.
