چكيده لاتين :
Globalization is a phenomenon introduced to the world as a result of disintegration of the Soviet Union. Thus some considered it as the phenomenon of the end of history which would lead to the victory of western liberal democracy with free economy, governing the whole world. While the others interpret the end of history as the clash of civilizations.
The process of globalization has already encountered different views. Some agree with it , and believe hounderd percent in absorbing, digesting and adapting it, while the other view holds a critical and denial approach and recommends resistance to the process of globalization.
Integration view believes in an exigency approach and management according to conditions.
In a catagorization and according to the outcomes, some divide globalization into globalization from top and globalization from below. Thus believe, it is the globalization from the top which is to the interest of developed countries, because it meets their interests. While globalization from below comprises concepts which are to the benefit of developing countries, such as , human rights monitoring the condition of refugees, disarmament and attention for environment,... .
Away from such catagorization and theoretical discussions, globalization is a reality which countries has accepted it, and according to their potentials and in interaction to environment do effect on it.
Considering the sensative geopolitical location of the IRI as a traversial bridge between two important poles of energy of the Caspian and the Persian Gulf, by taking advantage of the many opportunities exist in the process of globalization and also if possible, transforming many pressures into opportunitiy, could emerge the country as one of the most important actors in the main energy arena (petroleum and natural gas industry trade) for the next coming two decades.
