It seems that security and development have an ever increasing impact on each other, thus the more increases the confident of security in a society, The more accelerates the development process, obviously, The two processes while having impacts on each other, prepares The ground to speedup the development dimension if the security dimension is strenghtened and vice versa. The article thus intendes to study various concepts of security and its impact on a durable development. The results of this study though indicate that, to be able to provide the ground for a durable development, security should be exist in all dimensions.
