چكيده لاتين :
Iran is one of the flood-prone countries in the world, as it damage the cultivation lands, builds, villages, cities, connection line, etc and cause victims too. Flooding caused by river over flow in our country is less attended, because of their short time sequence and so, it is forgotten. Performance of any restriction acts is related with identity of effective factors in itʹs out break. Non enginery act s in restriction of flood, resulted by unrecognizing of locally, hydroclimatological, physiographic, and geomorphologic condition, in any cases, is caused intensification and more damage. Due to Ghale-chay drainage basin is on of the floody drainage in country, for control of flood, effective factors including climatic, physiographic, geomorphologic, geologic and management factors has been analyzed and for restriction of flood, effective recommendation are offered.
