The Place of "Bey-at" (Social Contract) in "Fegh-h" (Islamic Law)

The concept of "Bey-at" or allegiance in the history of Islam, especially in the time of electing a ruler, has had particular importance, whether from faith point of view, or "Fegh-h" (Islamic Law) attitude. From view point of the belief, there is an important point that, if the Prophet or Imam (religious leader) are Godʹs chosen and there fore the people must follow them, then, what is the necessity for allegiance? On the other hand, it is worth to say that, although the Prophet is the Godʹs messenger and the source of Godʹs orders, but in some cases called the people to conclude a contract with him. Here this question is put forward that, what are the limits of the Prophetʹs message and beyond it, is there any need to a "Contract" between him and the people? The article studies this subject from both the faith and "Fegh-h" point of view.
