The Concept of Security in International Political Economy: A Case Study on the Security environment between Islamic Republic of Iran during its ninth Government and the United States of America.

To understand the security environment between Islamic Republic of Iran and the United States of America, especially during the administration of ninth president of Iran, is so important that requires to propose some theoretical discussions in order to explain the process of decision making accurately. The article evaluates the process of theory costruction in the area of international macro political economy regarding the concept of security. In this way, the author compares these theories relating to the mentioned security environment and concludes that none of the I.P.E. theories can alone theorizes the ideal security environment in this regard. So, to analyse the security situation between these two countries one should realizes the points of strengh and weakness in these theories and finally chooses the best one to explain the subject.
