The present research aims at studying the level of life skills (communicative skills, critical thinking skill, creative thinking skill, decision-making skill, and problem-solving skill) among lady teachers in Zanjan. The samples were 332 lady teachers who were selected through cluster random sampling. The tool of research was a researcher-made questionnaire with 59 items. The findings of the research shows that teachers in different stages were relatively highly equipped with fivefold life skills. Also, the level of fivefold components of life skills was high in problem-solving and relatively high in communicative skills, critical thinking skill, creative thinking skill, decision-making skill. The hypothesis was tested applying one-tailed analysis of variance and LSD. No indication of any meaningful relationship between teachersʹ level of fivefold components of life skills and the stage they are teaching in was observed. There was a significant relationship between teachersʹ level of fivefold components of life skills and their educational degrees. There was also a meaningful relationship between teachersʹ level of fivefold components of life skills and their work experience.
