چكيده لاتين :
Due to high dependence of country to supply of plant oil and necessity of using biofertilizers and natural manure to crop plants, instead of chemical fertilizers as the prerequisite to sustainable agriculture, a study was conducted at Miandoab (Chaharborj), Iran, during growing season of (2005-2006). The experimental design was a randomized complete block with four replications. Treatments included three levels of inoculation by phosphate and azotobacter biofertilizers, poultry manure and NPK chemical fertilizer on safflower (IL-111 line). The ANOVA showed significant difference among treatments (p<0.01). Effects of treatments on oil percentage, protein yield, oil yield, biological yield, harvest index (p<0.01) and seed protein percentage (p<0.05) were significant. Treatment of seeds with phosphate fertilizer and using 50 g/ha of bird fertilizer + chemical fertilizer N75 P75 K100, was better than the other treatment in seed yield (4440.50 kg/ha). Control without any chemical, microbial and organic fertilizer treatments, had the least yield (1825 kg/ha). In conclusion we can say that using phosphate and azotobacter biofertilizers may be efficient if we reduce application of recommended dosage of chemical organic fertilizer in half.
