چكيده لاتين :
The present study is a descriptive survey. The statistical population includes all official superintendence (120 people) and 2080 people personnel in East Azarbaijan Telecommunication Company. Using ratio stratified sampling and Morgan formula the sample size was 322 people for personnal and 92 superintendence. The result showed that: 1. There was a significant difference between the trainees and their superinyendence about the role and importance of applied scientific in service training. 2. There was a significant difference between the participants in training and their superintendence concerning the effect of training cource on increasing knowledge and skills of personnel. 3. The relationship of in service training with personal occupational needs regarding trainees and their superintendence was different. 4. The extant of material and non-materal motive for participants in training cource regarding trainees and their superintendence was different. 5. The presented instruction in telecommunication training center is not in accordance with new equipments and technologies. 6. The professors and instructors of training cource in telecommunication company have proper knowledge and skill in presenting the subject matter.
