چكيده لاتين :
The main purpose of this research is specifying the components of human resources management. Codify a suitable model for human resources management of educational school managerʹs in Adjabshir city and comparing masters and experts ideas about suggested model.
The questions of present research are:
1. Which are the components of human resources management of schools managers?
2. Which model we can codify on the basis of above (said) component?
3. Whether is difference among (between) masters and experts ideas a bout suggested model The research style is survey - descriptive stoical society in this research is all of management and educational, science of tabriz universities with 30 members and educational experts of Adjabshir city with 150 member that sample volume is estimated 28 members of masters and 106 members of experts on the basis of Morgan table and sampling method be laminate - comparative. In this research a collection of criteria has been firstly made on the basis of library studies and survey of research literature this collection includes 6 main indicators: l.job-analysis 2.Planning 3.Manager finding 4.Employrnent 5.Keeping-system 6.performance evaluation.with 49 sub indicators and 21 questions about indicators of philosophy and purposes theoretical principle and performing process and evaluation system and model result .for testing of this indicators and answring research questions codified two circular on the basis of above variers which initial is about components of human resource management and questionnaire got 92 percent and 76 percent with use of information of 25 safe questionnaire that collected, this data was analyzed by using of descriptive and inferential statistical methods like T single sample tests and factor analyzing and independent .The results showed that every indicator of suggested model and also indicators of philosophy and purposes and theoretical principle and performing process and evaluation system of model was confirmed and used from factor analyzing style for resulted indicators checking and model exhibition that data analyzed by «spss»... software. As indicators Named with special value sequence to. «Human resource keeping)), «job analysis)), performance evaluation)), «planning)), «employment)) and... . manager finding- after masters and experts checking , for answer third question compared masters and experts ideas about suggested model and donʹt observed any differences.
