چكيده لاتين :
Human Resource Management Knowledge is of requirements for the organizational administration. Managers are considered as the strategic assets of the organizations. Staffing is a subsystem of the Human Resource Management system, and selection is one of its three main components.
This study has attempted to develop a new method for managerial selection through extracting the selection criteria and its analytic structure considering nomological constraints, determining the weight of criteria using a new mathematical approach, called "Developed Analytic Hierarchical Process", and "Group Decision Making" method; and comparing the numerical results of the new method with those of the conventional method. The new method presents a more precise means for considering the criteria and capabilities of the managers.
