The Study of Merchandise and Passenger Transportation in Border Terminals

Suitable utility of provided international situation for transportation network and border terminals, require the correct diagnosis of present transportation facilities and possibilities in the country, and study of present problem of border transportation terminals, and suitable planning for optimum use of present facilities. In this research, by determining the importance of transportation, duties and facilities of border terminals, effective factors of goods and passengersʹ transportation, transportation of border terminals and case study of border terminal of Mehran has been considered. The study has been done in three subdivisions of infrastructure facilities, public services and goods and passengersʹ transportation. First important indexes of each subdivision were determined and after analysis, the evaluation approach was described. Then the goods and passengersʹ transportation of Mehran were studied and evaluated.
