This research study aims to investigate the relationship between the locus of control, organizational climate and personnel productivity in Tehran tax organization. The statistical society of the present research includes all managers and personnel of tax organization in Tehran who are 728.
To determine the sample mass of the managers, statistical method has been used and all of managers were investigated as statistical society. The measurement tool is a fifty-question questionnaire of Lit win and Stringer and McCallʹs productivity questionnaire of 17 questions and the questionnaire of locus of control. To perform the questionnaire, for every manager, three personnel were chosen as a sample and the results obtained from multivariable regression analysis show that there is a relationship between organizational climate, control position, and productivity, that is:
1- There is a relationship between control position and productivity.
2- There is no relationship between control position and productivity.
