Managers Selection with the methodology of AHP-DEMATEL

The knowledge of the human resource management is one of the essentials of organizational management The managers are regarded as the strategic capitals of any organization. The employment is the subsystem of the human resource management in which the category of selection is one of its main elements. The current research has attempted to develop a new way of managers selection through the extraction of criteria and its analytic structure while taking into account the issues such as the nomologic limitations, determination of criteria value through using the new mathematical approach of " improved AHP" and group decision making method, comparing the numerical results of using the " improved AHP" with the common mathematical model of AHP method. The resulted method would provide a more precise tool for covering the criteria and capabilities of the managers.
