Formulating of Production Processes Parameters Aiding from Six Sigma

One of the most pervasive quality problems of industrial units in our country is the low level and large disperse of products quality features. Many managers, because of present complexities in known procedures, are not able to decide for solving these problems. The powerful statistic tool of experiments beside applying 6 sigma method can be a powerful tool for formulating production processes parameters, knowledge promotion for present processes and optimizing of production processes for the purpose of attaining competitive products. This article tries, by using simple and applied model, familiarize readers with the identification capability for key points of process formulating for the purpose of quality optimization of products through six sigma attitude. Aiding from a figural example offering, the proposed method is illustrated.
