چكيده لاتين :
The main purpose of this research is to study the relation of organizational culture and organizational commitment to their entrepreneurship in Young national Organization. The statistical population of this research is all managers and employees of mentioned organization and the samples were selected from managers i.e.60 persons and employees (for each manager three employees i.e. 180 persons). This research is descriptive -correlation method and for gathering information three questionnaires of organizational culture developed by researcher based on Robbinsʹs pattern, organizational commitment developed Mowday ,Steers and Porter and entrepreneurship questionnaires of Robbins were used. Two questionnaires of organizational commitment and entrepreneurship tested or managers and culture questionnaires tested for employees of mentioned organization. The results of multivariable regression showed that 1) there is relation between managers organizational commitment and their. 2) There is relation between organizational culture and managersʹ entrepreneurship and 3) for the interaction relation between three variables of there is relation between managerʹs organizational commitment and their entrepreneurship while there were no significant relation between organizational culture and managerʹs entrepreneurship.
