Study of Present Infrastructure of Tejarat Bank for Deployment of E-banking

The effort for joining global village requires ability of consistency with other members of this complex otherwise we will join to the array of production consumers of developed countries, and this means survival continuity in third world countries boundaries. It should be acknowledged that electronic banking, due to its positive effect on efficiency, has been under consideration of banks in the world. In this research we tried to provide a suitable context for implementing this system by identifying infrastructure factors of electronic banking. After problem necessity statement, a questionnaire including 47 questions in 4 sections was designed and required tests for study of hypothesizes was done. Research method was descriptive of the survey kind. Statistical population was all Tejarat bank branches in the nation amount of 2011 reported branches. Statistical sample was 304 experts and branch managers of in Tehran province. Cronbachʹs alpha was used for reliability estimate and finally by using nonparametric statistical methods (K square and Freidman tests), the hypothesizes of technological, security, cultural- training and legal-law factors were confirmed and discussed that the factor of cultural- training needs more consideration than others.
