Identification of Performance Measures for Board Members of Islamic Azad University

Organizations are principally developed for achieving goals and the success amounts of achieving these goals have direct relation to how the employeesʹ performances are. Therefore, employeesʹ performance appraisal in human resource management is of great importance. The main question of this research is: which measures are desired for performance appraisal of board members in Aliabad branch? Answering this question, four sub questions and one hypothesis were offered. The type of study was field and research method was descriptive/ survey and correlation. Statistical population of this research is managers, their view were studied in framework of performance appraisal measures for present board member, full time and part time instructors, and students. Sample volume was determined by sampling tables of Morgan and method of sampling was random. Tools for gathering data were documents kept by University, and questionnaire, and the analysis method was using descriptive and non parametric inferential statistics like Wilcoxon Mann-Whitney Test Consequently, research hypothesis was confirmed, and measured confirmed by board members and students for instructorsʹ performance appraisal were introduced.
