هدف مقاله حاضر آن است تا نشان دهد كه، پيشگيري از وقوع جرم ، تعقيب و رسيدگي به جرايم غير امنيتي مربوط به كاركنان، توسعه نظارت همگاني و ارزيابي از روند رضايتمندي مردم از عملكرد ناجا از جمله وظايف بازرسي است كه در مقام ضابطيت نظامي پيش بيني شده است. زيرا انجام مراحل كشف و تحقيق جرايمي كه رسيدگي به انها در صلاحيت دادگاههاي نظامي است به وسيله ظابطان نظامي صورت مي گيرد. در اين مقاله سعي شده است ضمن معرفي ضابطان دادگستري و اقسام آنها ، وظايف و اختيارات بازرسي به عنوان يكي از ضابطان خاص در مرحله پيشگيري، كشف و تعقيب جرايم مشهود و غير مشهود، مرحله دادسرا، مرحله دادگاه و اجراي حكم مورد بررسي و تحليل قرار گرفته و شاخصهاي رسيدگي مطلوب بيان مي گردد.

Corruption is an j important and proper way to ruin a political system and has remarkable aftermaths on the other parts of the society through which causes the f societyʹs destruction. Making more profits, merchants try to corrupt government employees. Bribery is one of the significant damages threatening governments. Police departments are not an exception also and unfortunately the situations and opportunities to commit the bribery crime have caused that some employees, especially in operational units commit the forementioned crime. In studying its pathology, one of the effective factors to commit this interdicted act is the lack of knowledge about legal and organizational aftermaths of bribery based on relative organizational rules and regulations and to propose the preventive administrative and practical solutions to solve this problem.
