رابطه بين ساختار كارآفرينانه و اثربخشي سازماني در سازمان تربيت بدني

The Relationship between the Entrepreneurial Structure and Organizational Effectiveness in Physical Education Organization of the Islamic Republic of Iran

هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسي ساختار سازمان تربيت بدني جمهوري اسلامي ايران با رويكردي كارآفرينانه و تبيين ارتباط آن با اثربخشي اين سازمان بود. جامعه آماري پژوهش، كليه كارشناسان ستادي سازمان تربيت بدني بودند كه 194 نفر آنها براساس نمونه گيري تصادفي سهميه اي انتخاب شدند. براي گردآوري اطلاعات از دو پرسشنامه ساختار كارآفرينانه و اثربخشي سازماني، براي تعيين وضعيت ساختار كارآفرينانه و مولفه هاي آن و اثربخشي سازماني، از آزمون ميانگين جامعه تك نمونه اي و براي تبيين ارتباط بين متغيرهاي پژوهش از آزمون ضريب همبستگي پيرسون استفاده شد. نتايج نشان داد بين ساختار كارآفرينانه و تمامي ابعاد آن با اثربخشي سازماني رابطه معني دار و مستقيم وجود دارد. همچنين ميانگين اثربخشي سازماني و ساختار كارآفرينانه و تمامي مولفه هاي آن به شكل معني داري از حد متوسط پايين تر است. براساس يافته هاي پژوهش، طراحي ساختار كارآفرينانه در سازمان تربيت بدني در بهبود وضعيت اثربخشي اين سازمان موثر خواهد بود.

The purpose of the present study is to investigate the structure of Physical Education Organization of the Islamic republic of Iran with an entrepreneurial approach and to determine its connection with the effectiveness of this organization. 194 participants of this study were randomly selected from all expert staff of Physical Education Organization. Two questionnaires of entrepreneurial structure and organizational effectiveness were used to collect data. One - sample t test was used to determine the status of entrepreneurial structure and its components and the organizational effectiveness and Pearson correlation coefficient test was used to determine the relationship among the variables of the research. The results indicated a significant relationship between the entrepreneurial structure and test dimensions with the effectiveness of the organization. Also, mean of organizational effectiveness and entrepreneurial structure and all its dimensions were significantly lower than the intermediate level. On the basis of the findings of the present study, designing an entrepreneurial structure in Physical Education Organization can improve the effectiveness of the organization.
