طراحي و تدوين راهبرد توسعه ورزش قهرماني استان كردستان

هدف از تحقيق حاضر، طراحي و تدوين راهبرد توسعه ورزش قهرماني استان كردستان بود. روش تحقيق، توصيفي و از نوع مطالعات موردي بود. جامعه آماري تحقيق استادان تربيت بدني استان، مديران ادارات تربيت بدني و معاونان مديركل استان، مربيان تحصيلكرده و دانشجويان كارشناسي ارشد مديريت ورزشي استان بودند. نمونه آماري تحقيق، 32 نفر بودند كه به علت محدود بودن جامعه آماري، به صورت كل شمار انتخاب شده بودند. براي جمع آوري اطلاعات از منابع كتابخانه اي و مرور ادبيات و پيشينه تحقيق، مصاحبه و پرسشنامه هاي باز و بسته استفاده شد. پس از تهيه پرسشنامه بسته به منظور چارچوب و راهنماي پژوهش روايي آن توسط استادان و متخصصان مربوطه و پايايي آن با استفاده از آزمون آلفاي كرونباخ و با ضريب 88/0 تاييد شد. براي تجزيه و تحليل يافته هاي تحقيق از آزمون فريدمن و بحث و تبادل نظر گروهي استفاده شد. باتوجه به نمره نهايي ماتريس ارزيابي عوامل داخلي (29/2) و ماتريس ارزيابي عوامل خارجي (44/2)، مشخص شد كه جايگاه راهبردي ورزشي قهرماني استان كردستان در منطقه WT قرار دارد. در انتها با توجه به يافته هاي تحقيق و به ويژه در نظر گرفتن جايگاه راهبردي استان و بحث و تبادل نظر گروهي با خبرگان و مسيولان استان، راهبردهاي لازم براي توسعه ورزش قهرماني استان تدوين شد.

The purpose of this research was to design and codify the development strategy of championship sports in Kurdistan province. The statistical population consisted of physical education professors, managers of physical education departments and the deputies of the director general of the province, educated coaches and M.S. students. The statistical sample consisted of 32 subjects which equaled the statistical population. To collect the data, library resources, literature and background review, interviews and open as well as closed questionnaires were used. The validity of the closed questionnaire (a researcher-made questionnaire) was approved by the professors and the reliability by Cronbachʹs alpha (? = 0.88). Friedman test and group discussion were used to analyze the data. The most important strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in championship sports were identified and ranked in the existing and desirable situations. The most important ones were selected via group discussion and the gap between the existing situation and the desired situation was identified. The evaluation matrix of internal factors (2.29) and external factors (2.44) showed that the strategic position of the province is in WT region. Finally, regarding the research findings, specifically the strategic status of the province, necessary strategies for the championship sports in the province were developed by group discussion.
