The Islamic Revolution and Theories in International Relations

چكيده در بررسي نظريه‌هاي روابط بين‌الملل همواره اين پرسش اساسي مطرح بوده است كه يك نظريه كارامد، چه ويژگي‌هايي بايد داشته باشد و با داشتن چه قابليتهايي مي‌تواند ما را به واقعيتها و فرايندهاي بين‌المللي رهنمون سازد؟ تاكنون جدالهاي فكري و مناظرات مفهومي متعددي در اين زمينه صورت گرفته كه هر يك بر جنبه‌هاي خاصي تاكيد داشته‌اند. اما آنچه در نوشته حاضر بررسي مي‌شود معطوف به آموزه‌هاي انقلاب اسلامي ايران و امكان به‌كارگيري آن آموزه‌ها در نظريه‌پردازي در روابط بين‌الملل است؛ زيرا رويكرد انقلاب اسلامي به روابط بين‌الملل، مبتني بر تغيير و تحوّل و لحاظ كردن جنبه‌هاي كيفي و فرهنگي به همراه عناصر مادي تعاملات بين‌المللي است؛ لذا اگر در نظريه‌پردازي در روابط بين‌الملل در پي ارايه فهمي رسا و نزديك به واقعيتها هستيم، بايد همه رويكردها را لحاظ كنيم؛ چرا كه آموزه‌هاي انقلاب اسلامي افق ديگري را نسبت به روابط بين‌الملل مي‌گشايند. در اين راستا، كارگزاران روابط بين‌الملل، تحوّل و دگرگوني نظام‌بين‌الملل و ايده جامعه جهاني مورد مطالعه قرار مي‌گيرد.

A study of theories on international relations reveals that there has always been one fundamental question as what the characteristics of an efficient theory are and which capacities can guide us to an international reality and process? Many intellectual disagreements and conceptual debates have been carried out in this regard, each of which focuses on special aspects of this issue. What we will discuss in this article focuses on the teachings of the Islamic Revolution and ways to use them for theorizing in international relations, since the viewpoint of the Islamic Revolution in this regard is based on change and development, and with consideration for qualitative and cultural aspects along with the materialistic elements of international relations. Hence in theorizing international relations, if we are after proposing an expressive perception, which is near to reality, we have to take into consideration all strategies as the teachings of the Islamic Revolution open a new horizon towards international relations. In this regards, those involved in international relations study changes in the international system and the idea of an international society.
