نيازمندي‌هاي ارزيابي هوش تجاري در ERP: مطالعه موردي سازمان توسعه تجارت ايران

ERP Evaluation Requirements for Business Intelligence: The Case of Trade Promotion Organization of Iran

امروزه، مديريت علمي سازمان‌ها نيازمند استفاده مناسب از ابزارهاي فناوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات مانند سيستم‌هاي برنامه‌ريزي منابع سازمان است. يكي از ابعاد اين مطالعه، بررسي ارتباط سيستم‌هاي برنامه‌ريزي منابع سازمان با هوش تجاري و پشتيباني تصميم‌گيري است. در اين مقاله با توجه به طراحي و اجراي يك پيمايش، نيازهاي اساسي مديران سطوح مختلف سازمان از سيستم‌هاي برنامه‌ريزي منابع سازمان در جهت پشتيباني تصميم‌گيري مديريت و ايجاد هوش تجاري مورد پرسش قرار گرفته و با توجه به تحليل ويژ‌گي‌هاي مديريتي و ماهيت تصميم‌گيري مديران، فرض‌هايي نيز در زمينه ارتباط سيستم‌هاي برنامه‌ريزي منابع سازمان و تصميم‌گيري مديريت بررسي شدند. به‌منظور ارايه چارچوبي عملي براي به‌كارگيري راهكارها، با استفاده از روش‌هاي تصميم‌گيري چندمعياره، مسيله جست‌وجوي مناسب‌ترين راه‌حل ممكن براي برآورده‌سازي نيازها، دنبال گرديده و با به‌كارگيري روش آنتروپي شانون، وزن معيارها (نيازمندي‌ها) و سپس با استفاده از مدل TOPSIS، اولويت پياده‌سازي مناسب‌ترين راه‌حل‌ها، مشخص شده‌اند.

Nowadays, methodical management of organization involves appropriate use of ICT tools in a variety of ways such as enterprise resource planning systems. Therefore, identifying and studying those systems especially from management point of view are vastly vital. This study reviews relationship between ERP systems and business intelligence (BI) in the sense of the requirements for ERP systems to support management decisions.In this paper, the fundamental expectations of managers in various levels are surveyed in Trade Promotion Organization (TPO) of Iran. Some hypotheses about the relationship between ERP systems and management decisions are considered based on the analysis of management specifications and the decision context of managers. In addition, the significance of the requirements for decision support such as business intelligence is investigated via statistical analysis tools. Some BI solutions are recommended in order to cover the identified requirements for management decisions support and building business intelligence for ERP systems. To present a practical framework for applying the solutions, the best order of solution implementation is searched to meet the requirements using MCDM method. Furthermore, priorities for implementing the most appropriate solutions are determined by using the Anthropy Shanon method, the weight of criteria (requirements) and employing the TOPS1S model.
