بررسي نظر دانشجويان در مورد كيفيت آموزش كلينيكي و عوامل مرتبط با آن در دانشكده دندانپزشكي دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي واحد تهران سال تحصيلي 87-1386

خلاصه : سابقه و هدف : با توجه به اهميت آموزش كلينيكي و تاثير آن روي سلامت دهان و دندان جامعه و اهميت نظر دانشجويان در مورد كيفيت آموزش و ضرورت بررسي مستمر آن در دانشگاه ها، اين تحقيق روي دانشجويان دانشكده دندانپزشكي دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي واحد تهران در سال 87-1386 انجام گرفت. مواد و روش‌ها : اين تحقيق با طراحي cross-sectional بر روي كليه دانشجويان ترم 12 و بالاتر انجام گرفت. سوالات بصورت پرسشنامه بر مبناي كوريكولوم آموزشي مصوب وزارت بهداشت تنظيم شد و نظر دانشجويان با سه گزينه خوب، متوسط، ضعيف بررسي گرديد. ضمناً نقش جنس، وضعيت تاهل، ميزان علاقه، ترم تحصيلي، نمره علوم پايه، معدل كل تا اين مرحله، اشتغال به خدمات دندانپزشكي، نحوه زندگي، مدت زمان طي شده تا دانشگاه و سطح سواد والدين با نظر دانشجويان تعيين و با آزمون كاي دو محاسبه و O.R. مواجه عوامل مرتبط با كيفيت متوسط و ضعيف محاسبه گرديد. يافته‌ها: تحقيق روي تعداد 100 نفر انجام گرفت. از نظر دانشجويان 10 درصد كيفيت آموزش كلينيك خوب، 76 درصد متوسط و 14 درصد ضعيف بود. بهترين كيفيت آموزش مربوط به بخش اندو با 61 درصد خوب و نازل ترين كيفيت آموزش مربوط به پروتز متحرك پارسيل با 88 درصد متوسط و ضعيف بود. دانشجوياني كه كيفيت آموزش را نازل اعلام كرده اند بيشتر در مواجه با دختر، علاقه متوسط و ضعيف و عدم اشتغال به خدمات دندانپزشكي بود. نتيجه گيري و توصيه‌ها: كيفيت آموزش كلينيكي از نظر دانشجويان نازل بوده و جاي نگراني وجود دارد. با توجه به عوارض شناخته شده، بررسي علل آن مصراً درخواست مي گردد.

Abstract: Background and aim: Concering the importance of clinical education and its impact on health andoral hygiene in society and students opinion about the quality of this education in universities , this research implemented on students of dentistry faculty of Islamic azad university of Tehran in school year 2007-2008. Methods and Material : This cross sectional study was done by collecting a list of students term 12 and upper . The number of these students during the period of research was one hundred. We investigated their opinion about the quality of clinical education. clinical education totally include 81 indexes for 11 sections and determined according educational curriculum of dentistry wich approved by health ministry . in each index we investigated students opinion by three choice of good , intermediate , and weak . in this research the related elements in clued sex , marital status , degree of interest , total average to this end and etc . acquired data presented by descriptive statistics and determined the role of related elements with chi – 2 test and calculated the amount of O.R. Results: This study applied on 100 person . in students point of view , about 10 percent of education quality was good , about 76 percent and 14 percent was respectively , intermediate and weak .Best quality of education was related to Endo department with 61 percent and after that Opprative dentistry with 51 percent and after that orthodontics with 82 percent intermediate and weak . students who reported low the quality of education was mostly female with inter mediate and weak intrest and they are unemployed in dentistry services department. Conclusion : the quality of clinical education is low in students opinion and you should worry about this subject. Concerning the classical complication , we request proper attention to the reasons low quality of education in some department s.
