خلاصه :
سابقه و هدف: با توجه به اينكه يكي از مشكلات افراد داراي دست دندان رنگ گرفتگي دنچر در اثرنوشيدني هاي رنگي(چاي،قهوه...)است،اين تحقيق با هدف معرفي موثرترين تميز كننده موجود درايران،انجام شد.
مواد وروش ها: اين مطالعه به صورت تجربي،بر روي 40 بلوك به ابعاد 30×10×5 ميلي متر از آكريلBayer انجام شد.نمونه ها به 10 عدد گروه شاهد و30 عدد گروه مورد ، هر گروه به 2 دسته صاف وزبر تقسيم شدند .8 گرم چاي را داخل 800 ميلي ليتر آب جوش به مدت 2 دقيقه قرار داده ، محلولهاي تميز كننده شامل 200ميلي ليتر هيپوكلريت سديم%5/25،200ميلي ليترسركه سفيد كارخانه اي وردا 2/5%، 200ميلي ليترآب 50 درجه سانتيگراد حاوي قرص تميزكننده فيتي دنت ،آماده شدند. نمونه ها به مدت 1 ساعت داخل محلول چاي قرار گرفتند و بعد 2 نمونه صاف وزبر رنگ گرفته شده توسط اسپكتروفوتومتر بررسي شدند، نمونه ها به مدت1دقيقه،2دقيقه،3دقيقه،4دقيقه،5دقيقه داخل محلولهاي تميزكننده و آب،قرار گرفتند وسپس ميزان اختلاف رنگ هر نمونه توسط دستگاه اسپكتروفوتومتر ثبت شد و با آناليز آماري-Way ANOVA 2 مورد قضاوت آماري قرار گرفت.
يافته ها: بين 2 سطح(زبروصيقلي) اختلاف آماري معنا داري وجود داشت(P=0/048)،تميز كننده هاي مختلف هم باهم اختلاف داشتند(P=0/002)به گونه اي كه ميزانE? در تميزكننده هيپوكلريت سديم5/25% و قرص تميزكننده فيتي دنت نسبت به آب تفاوت معني داري نشان داد.(P < 0/05).
نتيجه گيري: هيپوكلريت سديم5/25%(وايتكس خانگي) نسبت به تميزكننده هاي مورد بررسي و آب توانايي كاهش اختلاف رنگ بيشتري را نشان داد،همين طور تاثير تميزكننده ها روي سطح صيقلي بسيار بيشتر است.
چكيده لاتين :
Background and aim: with respect ot one of the problem of individuals with denteure is colourination of the denture due to use of coloured edibles and bevering (tea, coffe, ...), this investigation was done with the aim of introduction of the most efficient cleaner, present at Iran s market.
Mateiral & Methodes: This study was performed experimentally on 40 samples, sized 30.10.5 mm, made of Acril BAYTER (Acrilic resin of PMMA) The samples were placed in to 10 control groups and 30 case groups, then each divided in to 20 smooth and coares groups. We put 8gr of tea in 800 ml of boiled water for 2 min. cleaner solutions consisted 200ml of 25/5 % sodium hypoclorite 200 ml of %5/2 Varda with vinegar,aglass plate (200 ml) of 50 c water which we put cleaner tablet fittydent in it the samples put in the tea soluthion for 1 hours, then 2 coarse and smooth coloured samples were studied by spectorophotometer, then samples were relatively prepared at determined time periods (1min, 2min, 3min, 4min , 5min) seprately in the cleaner solutions, and water was poured, then the rate of colour differnec for each samples was recarded by spectorophotometer and analysed by statistical 2-Way ANOVA analysis
Results: There was meaningful statistical differenc between 2 surfaces (P=0.048), also the different cleaners had differnec (p= 0.002) so that E rate in sunken samples in 5/25% sodium bypoclorite cleaner and cleaner tablet fittydent showed meaningful difference compared to water (P < 0.05)
Conclusitons: 5/25% sodium bypoclorite cleaner (home vitex) showed more ability for decreasing colour different compared to studied cleaners and water. also the effect of cleaners was much more on smooth surface
