بررسي نظر دانشجويان ترم 12 و بالاتر در مورد ميزان انطباق دروس نظري با آموزشهاي كلينيكي و عوامل مرتبط با آن در واحد دندانپزشكي دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي در سال 1387

خلاصه: سابقه و هدف: با توجه به نگراني‌ها در مورد عدم انطباق آموزشهاي عملي با آموزشهاي نظري دروس و عوارض شناخته شده‌ي آن در كيفيت آموزش و عدم اطلاع از وضعيت آن در دانشگاه متبوع و به منظور تعيين نظر دانشجويان در مورد ميزان انطباق آموزشهاي كلينيكي با دروس نظري و عوامل مرتبط با آن اين تحقيق روي دانشجويان ترم 12 و بالاتر واحد دندانپزشكي دانشگاه آزاد اسلامي در سال87 اجرا شد. مواد و روش‌ها: تحقيق به روش cross sectional روي كليه دانشجويان ترم 12 و بالاتر انجام گرفت. تعداد دانشجويان در زمان بررسي 144 نفر بودند كه كليه آنها مورد بررسي قرار گرفتند. از روي ليست به هنگام دانشجويان با مراجعه به آنها و كسب موافقت آنها براي همكاري با طرح نظر آنها در مورد ميزان انطباق آموزشهاي كلينيكي با دروس نظري مورد بررسي قرار گرفت. درسهايي كه در بخشهاي يازده گانه به صورت تيوري و عملي ارايه مي‌شدند و فقط آخرين واحد عملي انتخاب شدند تعداد واحد عملي آنها 15 واحد بود. و از دانشجو خواسته شد كه آيا اين سرفصلها را در آموزش عملي و آموزش نظري داشته اند يا خير و نحوه آموزش هر يك را در چهار طيف كاملا انطباق داشته، داشته، كمي داشته و نداشته انتخاب نمايند. عوامل مرتبط در اين تحقيق شامل جنس، سن، تاهل، ميزان علاقه به رشته، ترم تحصيلي، نمره علوم پايه، معدل كل دوره، اشتغال، نحوه زندگي (با يا بدون خانواده) و سطح سواد والدين بود. ميزان انطباق نظر دانشجويان نسبت به آموزش نظري با عملي بوسيله ي آزمون اسپرمن تعيين گرديد و نقش عوامل مرتبط با عدم انطباق با آزمون كاي دومورد قضاوت آماري قرار گرفت. يافته‌ها: تحقيق روي تعداد 136 نفر (94.4 درصد)دانشجوي واجد شرايط از 144 نفر آنها انجام گرفت . ميزان انطباق آموزش نظري با آموزش عملي از نظر دانشجويان در بخشهاي مختلف از حداقل 97/ .تا 99/ . بود كه ميزان همبستگي آندو عالي بوده و ميزان عدم رضايت از كيفيت آموزش نظري بر مبناي كروكولوم ترم حد اكثر 63 درصد در بخش تشخيص و حداقل 10 درصد در بخش پروتز ثابت و عدم رضايت از كيفيت آموزش عملي حد اكثر 78 درصد در بخش تشخيص و حد اقل 10 درصد در بخش پروتز ثابت بود.دانشجويان شاغل و نيز دانشجويان دور از خانواده ميزان عدم انطباق آموزش را بيشتر برآورد كردند.(p < .001) نتيجه‌گيري: بنظر ميرسد ميزان انطباق آموزشهاي نظري و عملي از نظر دانشجويان نازل بوده و ميزان همبستگي آنها عالي بود. اقدامات لازم براي مشكل مطروحه را مصراً درخواست و پيشنهاد مينمايد .

abstract: Background and Aim: With respect to the concerns regarding non-conformity of practical training with theoretical training and its subsequent negative effects on educational quality and absence of information of such a situation and in order to collect studentsʹ opinions to the subject, the research was performed on students in 12th semester and up in the faculty of dentistry in azad university in 2008 Material and Methods: This research was done based on the cross sectional method on all students in 12th semester and up.the number of students who were being studied on were 144. All the members of thd list filled a consent form and their opinions regarding conformity of clinical training with theorical subjects were studied. All the subjects which were offered in theroy and practice were selected as practical courses. these practical which were offered in theory and practice were selected as practical courses. these practical courses were 15 units and the students were asked weather they had any opinion regarding within four different categories of full conformity, conformity, little conformity, and none conformity. the parameteres related to this reaseach include sex, age, marital status, level of likeness towards the program, semester, grades of general science, final education, the level of conformity of the studentsʹ opinions towards theorical or practical training was evaluated by sperman test and the role of non conformity parameters were evaluated by the Kaido Test. Result: Out of 144 students whom the research was based on , 136(94.4%) were qualified. to them, conformity of the training were from 97% to 99%. Based on the given result, one could come up with the conclution that the conformity between these 2 types of training is well correlated. the level of dissatiffaction in the diagnosis section from the qulity of the theoretical training based on the semester curriculum was maximum 63% and 10% in fixed protease, Again, dissatidfaction of practical training in the diagnosis section was maximum 78% and minimum 10% in fixed protease. Employed students as well as those living on their own, made a higher evaluation of the level of conformity( p < 0.001) conclusion: It seems that conformity of theoretical and practical training were low according to the students and they were all unanimous and were seriously asked to cope with proposed issues
