كليات موضوع: در اين مقاله مجموعه مطالعات انجام گرفته در زمينه تاثير تحريك تخمك گذاري بر اندومتر رحم و تاثير آن بر لانه گزيني مورد بررسي قرار گرفته است. تاريخچه: گروه مناش براي اولين بار از روش تحريك تخمك گذاري در كلينيكهاي ناباروري استفاده كردند و ميزان حاملگي را با استفاده از اين روش افزايش دادند. اما به علت برهم خوردن تعادل هورمونها در استفاده از اين روش و تاثير اين تغييرات هورموني بر اندومتر رحم، درصد موفقيت لانه گزيني جنين كاهش مي يافت. بحث و نتيجه گيري: بررسي هاي محققين نشان داده است كه تحريك تخمك گذاري باعث تغييرات نامطلوبي در اندومتر رحم مي شود كه اين تغييرات باعث نقص در اتصال جنين به آندومتر و در نهايت درصد پايين لانه گزيني جنين مي شود. با توجه به تحقيقات انجام شده و اهميت استفاده از روش تحريك تخمك گذاري در درمان نازايي و از طرفي تاثيرات نامطلوبي كه تحريك تخمك گذاري بر روي اندومتر رحم در زمان لانه گزيني جنين دارد در مجموع ضروري به نظر مي رسد به منظور بهبود روشهاي درماني در كلينيكهاي ناباروري تحقيقات بيشتري مورد نياز است

Background: In the Paper article, the collection of the studies related to the effect of ovarian stimulation on endometrium of uterus and implantation have been investigated. History: Monash group used ovarian stimulation method for the first time in infertility treatment and also, they could increase the pregnancy rate using this method. However, the percentage of successful embryonic implantation has been decreased by this method due to imbalance of hormones and the effect of these hormonal changes on endometrium. Materials and Methods: Studies done by researchers have shown that ovarian stimulation causes undesirable changes in endometrium which in turn such alterations lead to inadequate attachment of embryo to endometrium and finally decrease the percentage of embryonic implantation. Conclusion: Based on several researches and the importance of using the ovarian stimulation method in treatment of infertility, also due to undesirable effects that ovarian stimulation has on endometrium during embryonic implantation; it is inevitable that more investigations should be done for improvement of treatment methods in infertility clinics.
