بررسي رابطه عملكرد خانواده اصلي و كيفيت زندگي در بين دانشجويان

The Relationship of Original Family Function and Quality of Life among Students

هدف تحقيق حاضر تعيين رابطه عملكرد خانواده اصلي و كيفيت زندگي است. روش تحقيق از نوع توصيفي است. نمونه مورد مطالعه شامل 317 دانشجو كه به روش نمونه گيري خوشه اي از بين كليه دانشجويان انتخاب شدند. بـراي گردآوري داده ها از پرسشنامه ابزار سنجش خانواده (FAD) و پرسشنامه كيفيت زندگي (SF-36) استفاده شد. براي تجزيه و تحليل داده ها نيز از ضريب همبستگي پيرسون و رگرسيون گام به گام استفاده شد. نتايج نشان دادند كه بين اختلال در عملكرد خانواده و كيفيت زندگي دانشجويان رابطه معكوس وجود دارد (381/0-r= ). بين اختلال در هر يك از ابعاد عملكرد خانواده (عملكرد كلي، حل مشكل، ارتباط، نقش ها، همراهي عاطفي، كنترل رفتار و آميزش عاطفي) و كيفيت زندگي دانشجويان رابطه معكوس وجود دارد (r به ترتيب 369/0-، 272/0-، 251/0-، 32/0-، 247/0-، 328/0-، 29/0-). به منظور پيش بيني كيفيت زندگي از روي ابعاد عملكرد خانواده از تحليل رگرسيون گام با گام استفاده شد كه نتيجه نشان داد حدود 14درصد از تغييرات كيفيت زندگي در دانشجويان را ابعاد عملكرد كلي و كنترل رفتار تبيين مي كنند. براي ارتقاي كيفيت زندگي دانشجويان مي توان عملكرد خانواده آن ها را از طريق برنامه هاي آموزشي و مشاوره اي بهبود بخشيد.

The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between family function and quality of life among university students. The me-thod used is descriptive. The sample comprises 317 university students using random cluster sampling. The tools of data collection includes the Family Assessment Device (FAD) and the Quality of Life (SF-36) question-aires. Collected data were analyzed by means of Pearson correlation coefficient, and stepwise regression analysis. The results show that there is a negative and reverse relationship between disorder in family function and quality of life (r=-0.381). There were also negative and reverse relationships between dysfunction in all components of family function (General function, problem solving, communication, roles, affective acco-mpanying, behavior control, and affective closeness) and quality of life (r=-0.37, -0.27, -0.25, -0.32, -0.25, -0.33, -0.29 respectively). Also the results obtained from regression analysis indicate that about %14 of quality of life variance in students is determined by components of general function and behavior control. It is suggested that students’ quality of life may be enhanced by improving their family function via educational and counseling programs.
