ارزيابي عملكرد پروژه هاي صنعتي با استفاده از تكنيكهاي تصميم گيري چند شاخصه (مطالعه موردي)

Evaluation of Industrial Projects Performance by Applying Multi-Indices Decision Making Techniques

پيشرفت و بقا سازمان هاي پروژه محوري كه در محيط پر تلاطم امروزي به رقابت مشغولند، نيازمند دستيابي به روشي سيستماتيك، براي ارزيابي عملكرد متناسب با اهداف و استراتژي هاي سازمان است، تا نقاط قوت و ضعف خود را تعيين كنند. يكي از مهمترين ابزارهاي مطرح در دسترسي به اين نياز، ارزيابي عملكرد است، كه تحقيق حاضر با هدف پاسخگويي به اين نياز و به صورت مطالعه موردي در گروه صنعتي ندا انجام گرفته است. بدين منظور، مدل هاي مختلف ارزيابي عملكرد بررسي و مدل سرآمدي پروژه به عنوان مناسب ترين مدل انتخاب، و 9 معيار اصلي و شاخص هاي فرعي مربوط به آن ها تعيين و تدوين شده است. پس از تعيين درجه اهميت (وزن) هر يك از شاخص ها، با استفاده از سه روش از فنون تصميم گيري چند شاخصه با عناوين، تاپيسيس، تحليل نسبت خاكستري و مجموع ساده وزين، ارزيابي و نتايج اولويت بندي شده اند.

Development and survival of project oriented organizations competing in a severly unstable atmosphere require proper systematic methods to evaluate the performance, the goals and strategies of the organization. In doing so, they will be able to diagnose both their weak and strong points. One of the most important tools to ensure the achievemant of this requirement, is to evaluate the performance. This research is to answer this question; by studying the case in Neda Industrial Group. Therefore different models for evaluation of performance have been tested and praject Excellence Model has been selected as the most suitable model and 9 main criteria and other less important indices have been chosen as well. After determining the degree of importance for each index, with the help of 3 skills in decision making like TOPSIS, Gray Relational Analysis and Simple Additive Weighting Methods, the evaluation was proceeded and the results were classified.
