نگرش ورزشكاران به پول به عنوان نظام پاداش‌دهي در دو گروه سني مختلف

The Athlete’s Attitude toward Money as a Reward system between Two Age Groups

هدف از مطالعه حاضر، تعيين نگرش ورزشكاران نسبت به پول در دو گروه سني مختلف است. 140 نفر از ورزشكاران باشگاه ورزشي فولاد مباركه و ذوب آهن اصفهان در دو گروه سني 21- 26 سال و 27- 39 سال، به صورت داوطلبانه، مقياس استاندارد شده نگرش به پول ياماچي و تمپلر (1992) را تكميل كردند. اين مقياس شامل چهار زير مقياس اعتبار، صرفه‌جويي، ترديد و اضطراب است (1). يافته‌هاي آزمون تحليل واريانس چند متغيره MANOVA)) با سطح اطمينان 95 درصد نشان داد تفاوت معني‌داري در چهار عامل مقياس نگرش به پول بين دو گروه سني وجود دارد. (Partial eta squared= 0/28, F(4,135)= 13/67, p < 0/05, Wilks lambda= 0/71). متغيرهاي اعتبار (2/15= (1,138)F و 05/0 > P)، صرفه‌جويي (1/9 =F و 05/0 > P) و اضطراب (7/10 = (1،138)F و 05/0 > P) درون گروه‌ها نيز تفاوت معني‌داري داشتند، اما تفاوت درون گروه‌ها در متغير ترديد (61/0= (1،138) Fو 05/0 > P) معني‌دار نبود. درمجموع، يافته‌ها نشان مي‌دهد پول به عنوان نظام پاداش نزد اين دو گروه سني ورزشكاران اهميت خاصي دارد، اما نحوه نگرش دو گروه به پول تا حدي با يكديگر متفاوت است. براي گروه جوان‌تر پول ابزاري براي شان و منزلت اجتماعي، قدرت و پرستيژ است در صورتي كه گروه مسن‌تر به پس‌انداز پول براي آينده و برنامه‌ريزي مالي اهميت بيشتري مي‌دهد. همچنين پول ممكن است عاملي براي ايجاد اضطراب يا جلوگيري از آن در ورزشكاران مسن‌تر باشد.

The purpose of this study was the exploration of tow ages groups of athletes toward money. Authors Cummings and Worley (2001) suggested that career stages are identified by specific age intervals: establishment stage ages (21-26), the advancement stage (ages 26-40), and the maintenance stage (ages 40-60). Tow stags of these stags correspond closely to athletes age groups in the Iran. Their values and attitudes are difference. Athletes member of tow sport’ club in the Isfahan are population of this study. To assess the attitude toward money participants were administered the money attitude scale, developed by Yamauchi and Templers (1982). A multiple analysis of variance was performed with the money attitude scale’ dimensions (power prestige, retention time, distrust, and anxiety as the dependent variables and the tow ages groups of athletes as the independent variables. The results indicated a significant difference across the tow ages groups of athletes in money attitude scale’ factors, power prestige, retention time, distrust, and anxiety (Wilk’s lambda=0/71, F (4,135) =13/67, P < 0/05, Partial eta squared=0/28). The knowledge of each ages groups of athlete’s attitude toward money maybe particularly helpful to sport managers who are responsible for recruiting, retaining, motivating, and rewarding talented and skillful athletes.
